Overview for MSQB Rotary Cylinder
MSQB Rotary Cylinder is a rack-and-pinion Rotary Air Cylinder, which is different from the general cylinder working directly through the reciprocating motion of the front-end piston. The working principle of the Rotary Table Cylinder is that the piston is driven by the input air pressure, the piston drives the rack in the cylinder to move in a straight line, and the rack drives the gear in the center of the cylinder to rotate. The dial connected with the gear drives the load on the Rotary Table Cylinder to swing.
The maximum rotation angle of the Rotary Table Cylinder is between 0~190°. When the air pressure is input from one side, the Rotary Table Cylinder rotates clockwise, and when the air is input from the other side, it starts to rotate counterclockwise. The maximum allowable lateral load of MSQB Rotary Cylinder is 78-543N, the maximum allowable internal axial load is 74-740N, the maximum external axial load is 78-1009N, and the maximum allowable bending moment is 2.4-25Nm.
